💰 Refund & Return Policy — SurgiValley Instruments

At SurgiValley Instruments, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Every instrument is carefully inspected and tested before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product was not used, altered, or sterilized.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify, all items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, labeling, and proof of purchase intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of medical and surgical instruments, the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-made or personalized instruments
• Sterilized or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper sterilization
• Clearance or promotional items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at info@surgivalley.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, invoice, and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization if eligible.
4. Once approved, ship the product back to our address (shipping instructions will be shared via email).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• In cases of exchange, a replacement product will be shipped instead of a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
